Lucy Gibson

Lucy Gibson is like many of you who aren’t originally from Las Vegas, but is happy to call it home. Lucy first moved to Las Vegas in the 80’s and she settled here permanently in 1996. Lucy has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years and has been a licensed real estate professional since 1999, which is the same year that she purchased her first home, so she knows what it’s like to be a young, first-time buyer while having to navigate the credit and mortgage system.
Lucy began her career in new home sales, working for a local builder and continued along that path for over 2 decades. Working in new home communities gave Lucy the opportunity to work with countless people, from first time buyers to multi-million dollar investors. She understands that many people have no idea that they can actually purchase a home and Lucy is an expert in assisting buyers with their dream of homeownership. Representing the Seller is also what Lucy did and has sold nearly 1000 homes in her career. She believes that buying or selling a home is a step towards improving your life in some way and she is prepared to assist you in the process.
Lucy says, “Hiring me for your real estate needs is like hiring a former IRS agent to do your taxes. I have a unique understanding of how homes are built because I spent 20+ years on the construction site and I represented the Seller so I understand and have experience with what’s important to a Seller. In addition to that, I worked with countless Buyers along the way and that gives me an insight to all aspects of the buying and selling process.” Lucy’s clients know that her integrity and dedication to truly help others is paramount.
